Where you get picked up in Da Nang
Most shuttles collect from several places in Da Nang, and you pick the one you want when you book: Da Nang airport, Ga Đà Nẵng (Da Nang railway station), the bus station, the Museum of Cham Sculpture by the river, Vincom Plaza, or hotels along the beach.
At the airport, G8's shuttle waits at pillar 3 on the first floor of the international terminal and pillar 3A on the first floor of the domestic terminal.
The public bus, route 02, starts at Bến xe Trung tâm Đà Nẵng (Da Nang Central Bus Station), out on the western side of the city, and crosses to the coast road by Tiên Sơn bridge.
Where you get off in Hoi An
Shuttles drop at a fixed address in Hoi An, usually near the Old Town (Tôn Đức Thắng, Hai Bà Trưng, Đào Duy Từ, Nguyen Tat Thanh streets) or at your hotel, depending on the company. Some go on to Cửa Đại beach.
Route 02 stops at Bến xe buýt Hội An (Hoi An bus station) and runs on to Cửa Đại.
Since 1 July 2025 Hoi An has been part of Da Nang city, not Quang Nam province; many booking pages and guides still say "Hoi An, Quang Nam".
Late arrivals and luggage
If your flight lands late, check the last departure before you book. For October 2026, G8's airport shuttle ran until 21:50, and Hoang Minh Limousine sold seats from 79 Nguyễn Tường Phổ in Da Nang at 01:30, 02:00, 04:30 and 05:00 as well as through the afternoon. After that, a private car or Grab is the way.

Leaving Hoi An
Shuttles collect from hotels or from their company's office near the Old Town; the booking names the point. Route 02 leaves from Cửa Đại and stops at Bến xe buýt Hội An. Travellers in 2026 report the bus leaving Hoi An about every 30 minutes, and Grab cars easy to find between the two at any hour.
Arriving in Da Nang, or straight at the airport
Most shuttles can drop at Da Nang airport or Ga Đà Nẵng, which makes them the simplest way to a flight or a train. Route 02 ends at Da Nang Central Bus Station, on the western side of the city, which is not near the airport or the railway station.
Catching a flight or a train
For a flight, a shuttle booked to the airport itself avoids a second transfer; route 02 ends at the central bus station, nowhere near the airport.
Three ways down the coast
Hoi An sits on the coast south of Da Nang, and there is no railway between the two, so the trip is always by road.
Shared shuttles are what most visitors use. About twenty companies sell seats in vans, minibuses and shared cars, picking up at the airport, the railway station and hotels, and dropping near the Old Town or at your hotel. For October 2026 departures, more than 2,000 combinations of time, pickup and drop-off were on sale online.
The public bus, route 02, is the cheapest by far. Since 18 July 2025 it runs from Da Nang Central Bus Station to Hoi An bus station and on to Cửa Đại beach; the older route 02 and LK02 were merged into it. Guides written before then often call it "bus number 1".
A private car takes you door to door, from about 304,000₫ for the whole car on sale online for October 2026.
