Send a correction from your trip

If you have just made a journey and a page no longer matches it, include:

  • the page and the sentence that is wrong;
  • what you found instead: the new time, fare, office or station;
  • the date you travelled;
  • a photo of the posted timetable or fare board, if you took one.

Booking problems: who can actually help

  • Booked through a link on this site: contact the booking site through the confirmation it sent you. It handles changes, cancellations and refunds.
  • Bought from the company or at a station: contact the company. Refund and change rules are theirs and differ a lot; Bằng Phấn, for example, says its direct bookings are non-refundable and changes need 3 to 5 hours' notice.

Useful numbers

  • Railway (Vietnam National Railway Group): 1900 0109 in Hanoi, 1900 1520 in Ho Chi Minh City.

Questions before you write

Can you book or change a ticket for me?

No. This site sells no tickets. A booking made through a link here is handled by the booking site that sent your confirmation, and a ticket bought from a company or at a station by that company.

Can you tell me if my train is running today?

The railway can: its hotlines are 1900 0109 (Hanoi) and 1900 1520 (Ho Chi Minh City), and its timetable is on dsvn.vn.

Which email address do I use?

One address covers everything: contact@vietnamtransportguide.com.
